Elegance meets natural stone in this complementary master bathroom remodel. The clients put full trust in our abilities to make this bathroom not only more functional, but also absolutely stunning! The mix of these two really reflected on this bathroom. The need for color and a little glam, but with a calmer more neutral touch to balance the space.

“Compliments to greenery”

Brittney and Josh went from small scale to large scale in their new build. They were so excited to make this entire home their own with furniture that compliments who they are and how they live their lives. Little hints of greenery in this monochromatic gothic modern design define a hint of “wonderland” in what they call, their “fairytale home”. All photos have rights to Rland Creative.

“A Golden Gathering”

KITCHEN REMODEL GOLDEN, CO

This space was a special project. We had a couple with a toddler who love spending time with friends and family. We had to really think about what would work for their lifestyle. Going with the moody blue cabinets on the bottom brought some color to the kitchen and hides any dirt or grime better than a lighter cabinet would. We used oil rubbed bronze hardware to capture some warmth while also giving compliments to the original bones in the house. The Skatulas absolutely love their peninsula Island, but their little one loves it more since it has also now become a “fort”.

“FAIRY TALE”

BATHROOM REMODEL DENVER, CO

The story began when the Itzkowitz family found their main bathroom under inches of water. We came up with a friendly and cost effective budget that turned this bathroom into an elegant, calm and colorful master piece. With the use of wallpaper in the same pattern, but two different colors, we captured a unique look to compliment the unique layout in this space. Needless to say, the Itzkowitz’s love to show off their bathroom during family events and other gatherings. We love it too!

“ART WALK”

The tall ceilings and large windows in this living room needed something that would shine just as bright as the sun coming in. Our clients wanted something that would reflect both the husband and wife in this space since they use it together often for movie nights. They love how this contemporary, colorful living room could also capture a small bit of the wife’s boho style and a smidge of the husbands rustic style. We truly enjoyed the style challenge and the turn out on this one!

Sometimes selling a house can be difficult. It might be a layout in the space? Some of us have the ability to visualize the possibilities for a furniture layout, but others may find it more difficult to see that house as a potential home without a layout in mind. Staging to sell can absolutely provide beneficial interest in your listings. No matter how big or small, we can give your home the face lift it needs to sell!

We had such a blast brainstorming with the kids at South Middle School back in December 2022. The kids got the main say in what they wanted this space to feel like. Together, we were able to give back to the kids by helping them paint, put furniture together, decorate and share with the community! The Lobos brought passion and gratitude to this project. “RESET”

BATHROOM REMODEL ARVADA, CO

This was a fun bathroom remodel where we gutted(my favorite) this entire master bath with a clean slate and turned it into something that would help sell the house, but still have a little bit of the clients influence left behind. Robby and Penny were so impressed with the way their master bathroom turned out that they almost didn’t want to leave it behind. A vibrant turquoise paint suggests a nice contrast against the beautiful wood tones that wrap this space. A delicate backsplash and new vanity really amped things up in here, but our favorite part is the mirrors.
